Avoid this company. One of two expensive skincare items I ordered never arrived. The box was intact, but the item (worth £130), invoice, and free samples were all missing. Instead of fixing it, Perfume Club tried to force me to sign a false legal affidavit they had written, claiming the entire parcel was undelivered. That’s simply not true — and they knew it. They refused to refund or resend the missing item unless I signed it. They’ve left me £130 out of pocket and pressured me to lie to the courier. Dishonest, coercive, and utterly unacceptable. Do not trust them.
