If I could give no stars I would. The house had usual snags, all dealt with however our issue comes from selling us a house next to proposed luxury 4/5 beds homes only to change the plans, put more houses & fill with housing association & whilst some are fine, there’s now gangs of kids, motorbikes revving, dogs barking all hours of the day & night, rubbish everywhere & music playing ridiculously late. Stay away from persimmon. All this from a company that wanted us to pay a fee for a conservatory “in case we changed the aesthetic of the development “.
