poor customer service all around.
all they want is your money yet when you point out many, many problems with snagging caused by builders(use the term very loosely)!
promises,promises and when eventually someone does turn up the problem, in our experience is an inept person unable to resolve the fault and usually does a very poor job! two years with no resolve at all. disgusting.
