The staff at Pierced Universe are very inconsistent. I lost a portion of my threadless nose stud and they offered me $10 off at first. I found the part that I was missing, so I didn’t order another nose stud.
The next time, I lost another part of my nose stud, I asked about if I could order parts. The person then offered me only $5 off of a $20 nose stud. How does that make any sense?
Seriously, this company is absolutely ridiculous.
