“I’ve been getting my jewelry here for years. They have a great selection, keep up with trends, and things are high quality for a reasonable price. Customer service is absolutely amazing. On the rare occasion a mistake has been made (ie wrong size gauge shipped), they have fixed it immediately and they want to make sure customers are satisfied.”
“The initial shopping and ordering experience itself was great thanks to a very informative FAQ, a wide variety of products, and great prices. I purchased a hinged nose hoop because the reviews were excellent, and was excited to receive it. However, when it did, the ends didn't really line up quite perfectly, and it fell off half an hour after putting it on. I immediately emailed Pierced Universe about my experience, and they assured me this wasn't normal. I received a replacement hoop the next day (!), and I'm happy to say this one clicked and closed properly. I've tested it out cycling multiple times and so far it has stayed put!
So overall I've enjoyed my shopping experience with Pierced Universe. The first hoop was clearly a dud, and it isn't what matters in the end. What matters is the quick and efficient customer service. I'll be coming back to order again in the future and recommending them to anyone who asks.”

“This website falsely advertises, piercings or studs that are not meant for specific body parts. I purchased products that are claiming to be nose studs. They absolutely do not sit flush on your face, and stick out extremely far making them look ridiculous. Doesn’t do returns even if they do, you’re paying for a restocking fee and the shipping. Do not get scammed by this warehouse.”
“Placed the wrong order thinking it was a PAIR. Emailed them not even 3 mins later to cancel the order. They never replied & shipped it out next day? I will be charged 20% of the entire order just to return it (claiming that is their restocking fee), so I will not be receiving a full refund. Infuriating & pointless.”

“I absolutely love these earrings! My ears have always been so sensitive to every metal. I tried these implant grade titanium pvd gold clicker hoops and I havent taken them off since! Its literally the only metal I can wear now. The gold flatback studs are amazing too. You can sleep in both without hurting your head. Also great customer service that responds quickly.”

I have ordered earrings from Pierced Universe 3 separate times, and the product is always shipped out immediately and arrives promptly within a couple days. I have had great success with their titanium and surgical steel threaded flatback earrings, which helped my earlobe piercings heal. The one time I had an issue with earrings I bought (I couldn't get hoops closed), they immediately responded and sent me a full credit even though I was outside the time limit for a return.”

It is not stated anywhere there are no returns and they are arguing with me about the product, refusing to believe they do not work for me. Huge waste of time and I’m stuck with 4 items that do not work for me. What a waste of money and time.”
