Stay away. This company is a scam. I never recieved a shipping notification of my order and never recieved my package. I believe it was never shipped out. Upon contacting them for a refund they tried to blame it on me and refused to provide a refund instead offering store credit. If I've had such a terrible experience with them the first time why would I shop at their store again? Absolutely terrible customer service.

I placed an order for the same size plugs twice and BOTH times they sent me the wrong size and tried to blame me and offered me a $7 credit. The materials used are fake (even though they claim as real) and the customer service is nonexistent. Don’t deal with this shady business.

I was conned by this company after so many false promises .I would advise you not to put money in here as I got salvaged by againstcon.com . Be wary of fake investment companies

Do not buy from them. Did not receive what was expected. When I emailed them about getting a refund or an exchange, they said they don’t do refunds. They offered me a 25% off my next purchase. If I wasn’t happy with my first order why would I spend money on a second one . Will never buy from them again. Buy from Amazon better

I just had pmy ears pierced and needed some invisible retainers for work, mind you I'm not too familiar with pricings since I'm new to all this. These guys sold me some clear retainers for $4.95 EACH! I later found the exact same product on Amazon for $7.99 for 10 pairs! So I emailed them for my refund. They said that they don't accept refunds but they will make an exception for me, but I have to pay return shipping, which was $5.99. It has been 2 weeks now and they still haven't refunded me. How do these greedy, lazy people stay in business? Stay away!

I bought my daughter a $40 nose ring and it broke after only using it 2x, but because it had been purchased a few months earlier (but less than 6 mo), pierced universe would not issue a replacement. Poor quality product and poor customer service!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS. DISGUSTING PRODUCTS RECEIVED WITH RUST MARKS AND REFUSING TO GIVE REFUND.

Bought a flat back post from this online store and took it to my piercer to help me put it in (I had just broken one of my wrists so couldn't get it in myself). She held it up next to several other posts of the same gauge (16ga), and this one was noticeably thinner than the rest, which was concerning in terms of quality control. When held up to 18ga posts, it was still thicker, so I guess it was some mystery 17ga post. I let customer service know this and they explained that I had probably been sent the wrong gauge, and that they would send me the same one again. I said I just wanted a refund as I don't trust that the new one would be accurate in terms of thickness, and they said sure but I would be charged a 20% restocking fee. I argued that it was their quality control that was the issue, so I shouldn't really have to pay for their issue, and they obliged saying they'd waive it the one time. When returning my item, I included this email exchange in the package so that they couldn't say they didn't know. When they received my return, I emailed back with my concern that they deducted a restocking fee (they didn't, it was my miscalculation) and they just had to sneak in there that they measured the jewelry and it was in fact 16ga. If you scroll through the reviews, you'll see that I'm not the first person to have this problem with their QC. If you're not concerned about quality control at all and want to deal with a retailer that always has to get the last laugh, please do buy from here!

Ordered three items, two of the earring came bent and misshapen. I never even took them out of the packaging. I emailed asking for a refund and showed them pictures. They said they had quality control and the product wouldn’t have shipped like that. I emailed back and told them there refund policy allows for a full refund if the product is damaged and here it clearly was. I still have not heard back from them and they won’t refund my money. Save yourself the hassle and DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. The customer service is so terrible it is not worth it when there are so many other places to get jewelry from.

The first time I ordered from here I never recieved my spacers so they had to be re-shipped. When I received them I was happy the issue was resolved and I was happy with my products. Recently I just ordered nipple bars and they also were never delivered. So like last time, I emailed them asking for my product to be resent or for me to be refunded. This time, instead of having my issues resolved, I was told that it was out of the norm for it to happen to someone twice as they never have any issues with delivery with any other customers. And that was it. No help. Just suspicion. Somehow I doubt I am the only customer who has ever had any delivery issues..and I should not have to deal with pushback for not having received my order. And I still haven't received my nipple bars and they still have my money.

Ordered 18g & the sizing is off, sent them pics to show them the ones they sent vs 18g that I already have and a pic of a 20g to compare/show the differences. They basically said to bad, they will give 20% off if I want to order a 20g, but I want a correctly sized 18g not a 20g. Also the invoice came from them , yet ghe packaging was from Pierced Creations, a lower priced Etsy seller.

I order DOUBLE FLARED 32mm. I got single flared with rubber o rings. The packaging? It was open. Not my order AT ALL. So if they don't respond to my email. I want my money back or my ORIGINAL order.

The customer service is non-existent. It claims to ship within 24 hours, I ordered back in Nov 29, 2021, it's now Dec 8th. I can understand that Canada post is slow, fine whatever, but I've emailed them half a dozen times asking them about what's been going with my order and if it's even shipped and I haven't received any replies since I first reached out to them. I can't even comment on the quality of the goods I ordered because I haven't gotten it. I might change my review later but as of right now I feel like I'm getting scammed and will likely just file a dispute with my CC if I don't hear back soon.

So I ordered enough jewelry to qualify for free expedited shipping 2-5 business days. I promptly received an email confirmation and was informed another email with shipping information was to received. Ordered on Sept 15, 2021 and checked everyday- no shipping confirmation. Then by today, Sept 23, 2021- still NOTHING. I emailed in demanding my order be cancelled. I was then emailed with some shipping link showing that it was shipped on the 16th and it was still in transit at end of day 23rd. I was told no cancellation was to be offered as it was already shipped and to check my junk folder. Guess what, nothing in the junk folder. Junk service more like it. Save your money and your time and shop elsewhere I’d give no stars if that was an option.

The staff at Pierced Universe are very inconsistent. I lost a portion of my threadless nose stud and they offered me $10 off at first. I found the part that I was missing, so I didn’t order another nose stud. The next time, I lost another part of my nose stud, I asked about if I could order parts. The person then offered me only $5 off of a $20 nose stud. How does that make any sense? Seriously, this company is absolutely ridiculous.

I would love to give zero stars if it was possible. I ordered my piercings on June 2, 2020, and knew that there may be a delay on their 24hr shipping as covid May be the culprit. On July 6, 2020 I had yet to receive my order. I did however email them and they said they would ship it out the same day. It is July 20, 2020 and I have still not received my orders. Needless to say I am quite disappointed, and will be giving them until the end of the week. If not I will be asking for my money back. As it may only be only 40.00 I did pay for a quick shipping when I could’ve bought groceries for myself
