I just had pmy ears pierced and needed some invisible retainers for work, mind you I'm not too familiar with pricings since I'm new to all this. These guys sold me some clear retainers for $4.95 EACH! I later found the exact same product on Amazon for $7.99 for 10 pairs! So I emailed them for my refund. They said that they don't accept refunds but they will make an exception for me, but I have to pay return shipping, which was $5.99. It has been 2 weeks now and they still haven't refunded me. How do these greedy, lazy people stay in business?
