I purchased here because I wanted durable and pretty titanium pieces for my piercings. I got beautiful hoops and two nose pieces. I had an issue with one of them and the costumer service was AMAZING. They gave me alternatives and they fixed the issue with no problem. I will keep this store as my main for all my piercings and can’t wait to have them all bejeweled by Pierced Universe.
