I had an issue with one of them and the costumer service was AMAZING. They gave me alternatives and they fixed the issue with no problem. I will keep this store as my main for all my piercings and can\u2019t wait to have them all bejeweled by Pierced Universe. Thank you so much!"

"I bought my daughter a $40 nose ring and it broke after only using it 2x, but because it had been purchased a few months earlier (but less than 6 mo), pierced universe would not issue a replacement. Poor quality product and poor customer service!"
