“Took a month to try and get first order ..even when second one came ...they kept telling me to wait even tho I'm literally a 2hr drive from them it doesnt take a month to get a irder ..she saud sge would resend as priority mail but then just refunded the money instead when I've been waiting a month to gauge up my ears now I have to find another place....Dont waste your time”

“Find somewhere else to buy your jewelry. It’s been a month and I still haven’t received my package and they wont give you a refund. So it’s basically a scam”

“Stay away. This company is a scam. I never recieved a shipping notification of my order and never recieved my package. I believe it was never shipped out. Upon contacting them for a refund they tried to blame it on me and refused to provide a refund instead offering store credit. If I've had such a terrible experience with them the first time why would I shop at their store again? Absolutely terrible customer service.”

“I placed an order for the same size plugs twice and BOTH times they sent me the wrong size and tried to blame me and offered me a $7 credit. The materials used are fake (even though they claim as real) and the customer service is nonexistent. Don’t deal with this shady business.”

“I received a nose post promptly after ordering! The post stud seemed smaller then I had ordered. I reached out to pierced universe and they got back to me right away. They sent me a new 1 at no charge. Great product and customer service!!”

“fast delivery (im in montreal), good experience so far and ive ordered about 8 piercings, the nipple piercings butterflies are to heavy and tend to lean forward, which hurts a bit”

“Do not buy from them. Did not receive what was expected. When I emailed them about getting a refund or an exchange, they said they don’t do refunds. They offered me a 25% off my next purchase. If I wasn’t happy with my first order why would I spend money on a second one . Will never buy from them again. Buy from Amazon better”

“I just had pmy ears pierced and needed some invisible retainers for work, mind you I'm not too familiar with pricings since I'm new to all this. These guys sold me some clear retainers for $4.95 EACH! I later found the exact same product on Amazon for $7.99 for 10 pairs! So I emailed them for my refund. They said that they don't accept refunds but they will make an exception for me, but I have to pay return shipping, which was $5.99. It has been 2 weeks now and they still haven't refunded me. How do these greedy, lazy people stay in business? Stay away!”

“I bought my daughter a $40 nose ring and it broke after only using it 2x, but because it had been purchased a few months earlier (but less than 6 mo), pierced universe would not issue a replacement. Poor quality product and poor customer service!”

“My experience with Pierced Universe was awesome! My order shipped very quickly, arrived well protected in bubble wrap and an envelope lined with more bubble wrapped. My tragus earrings and nose screw were in perfect shape, quality was excellent, fit was perfect and just what I expected. Crystals were good size, noticeable but not overwhelming, their sparkle just enough to catch your eye. Excellent correspondence by email, quick responses, would recommend to everyone to browse their site - you're sure to find what you've been looking for and can order with confidence that you will be looked after.”

“Great products and awesome customer service. No surprises- jewelry is just as it appears on the website. I've ordered a few things over the years- plugs, expanders, bar bells. Nothing looks or feels cheap when it arrives. Everything has lasted well even with daily use. I was motivated to post this review because of my most recent experience with their customer service though... My order was unfortunately stolen at our apartment's mailbox after delivery. I was pretty bummed to say the least. I reached out to customer service and received a response in less than 24hrs! They offered to re-send the product at NO CHARGE and even offered to send it to a new address this time around so it would be more secure after delivery. Communication was friendly kind and quick. The wooden spiral expanders were sent to my friends place and arrived 2 days earlier than expected. Now I'm happily stretching from 0 to 00 ☺️. Thanks again!!”

“10/10 for everything! By far best quality jewelry for the price and it shipped so fast I couldn’t believe it. I’ve been looking to replace all my piercings with titanium for the longest time but never could I find a place that has it all until now. Like I said before 10/10!”

“I order DOUBLE FLARED 32mm. I got single flared with rubber o rings. The packaging? It was open. Not my order AT ALL. So if they don't respond to my email. I want my money back or my ORIGINAL order.”

“Super professional and friendly. Very welcoming experience and the staff were informative, as well as knowledgeable. Found everyone very genuine. Will most definitely be returning for more! Well prepared with advice and suggestions. Able to deal with both fresh new dermal piercings as well as dealing with scar tissue and old piercings. Highly recommend”
