“Long story short I don’t have the piercing. The tracking tells me it was unsafe to leave at address. I have a locked up letter box. How big is the package?
When trying to find where it is to pick up there is no company name of courier or phone number. When I approached Pierced Universe about this they pretty much said once it’s posted it up to me to track. Great customer service that is. I can’t track something that doesn’t have a name or address of where it is. Pierced Universe said all they will do is wait to see if it is returned and resend it. Australia post don’t have it and said it looks like it would be at a courier distribution centre but they can’t even see it in the email or tracking. So I am not going mad.
Pictures below show email from Pierced Universe stating they won’t help, email from couriers in the States telling me to follow the exact same link with tracking number to a site that has no name or number of who has it and screen shots of all I see when i enter that tracking number. As you will see there is no courier name and I can assure you there is no phone numbers of once it’s hit Australian shores.
My advice if you’re in Australia, do not order from these guys. They won’t help you if you have trouble and customer service is very bad.
As for Pierced Universe, you asked for my review, here it is. Factual with the evidence provided. Hopefully you look at your customer service and rectify and maybe take a look at your postage service. Clearly you can’t trust them and they’re giving you a bad name. Since I don’t have the couriers company name, I can’t leave them the review as well.”

I emailed the company and they told me I could not return them and did not offer me a solution to gain earrings that would fit me. I wasted my money on this company and earrings that run small.
