The initial shopping and ordering experience itself was great thanks to a very informative FAQ, a wide variety of products, and great prices. I purchased a hinged nose hoop because the reviews were excellent, and was excited to receive it. However, when it did, the ends didn't really line up quite perfectly, and it fell off half an hour after putting it on. I immediately emailed Pierced Universe about my experience, and they assured me this wasn't normal. I received a replacement hoop the next day (!), and I'm happy to say this one clicked and closed properly. I've tested it out cycling multiple times and so far it has stayed put! So overall I've enjoyed my shopping experience with Pierced Universe. The first hoop was clearly a dud, and it isn't what matters in the end. What matters is the quick and efficient customer service. I'll be coming back to order again in the future and recommending them to anyone who asks.
