Pierced Universe has great customer service. They made it very easy for me to resolve he issue I had with one of the styles I bought. They replaced it with another of my choice and it is lovely. I ordered 3 pair of Huggie earrings and was thrilled to find them as I have allergies and I have NO issues with their products (allergy-wise). Their styles are light-weight, comfortable and cute as can be.
