Great products, wonderful customer service. I have ordered earrings from Pierced Universe 3 separate times, and the product is always shipped out immediately and arrives promptly within a couple days. I have had great success with their titanium and surgical steel threaded flatback earrings, which helped my earlobe piercings heal. The one time I had an issue with earrings I bought (I couldn't get hoops closed), they immediately responded and sent me a full credit even though I was outside the time limit for a return.
