I was extremely distraught by this, as I have looked forward to switching out my piercing for quite some time now, and sent an email in hopes of potentially receiving a new one despite having lost the product upon arrival. I received a response to my email within 24 hours, and they generously offered to replace the backing for me and mailed it within the next 24 hours. Upon contacting them for a refund they tried to blame it on me and refused to provide a refund instead offering store credit. “I just had pmy ears pierced and needed some invisible retainers for work, mind you I'm not too familiar with pricings since I'm new to all this. These guys sold me some clear retainers for $4.95 EACH! I later found the exact same product on Amazon for $7.99 for 10 pairs! So I emailed them for my refund. They said that they don't accept refunds but they will make an exception for me, but I have to pay return shipping, which was $5.99. It has been 2 weeks now and they still haven't refunded me. How do these greedy, lazy people stay in business?
