Great products and awesome customer service. No surprises- jewelry is just as it appears on the website. I've ordered a few things over the years- plugs, expanders, bar bells. Nothing looks or feels cheap when it arrives. Everything has lasted well even with daily use. I was motivated to post this review because of my most recent experience with their customer service though... My order was unfortunately stolen at our apartment's mailbox after delivery. I was pretty bummed to say the least. I reached out to customer service and received a response in less than 24hrs! They offered to re-send the product at NO CHARGE and even offered to send it to a new address this time around so it would be more secure after delivery. Communication was friendly kind and quick. The wooden spiral expanders were sent to my friends place and arrived 2 days earlier than expected. Now I'm happily stretching from 0 to 00 ☺️. Thanks again!!
