Super professional and friendly. Very welcoming experience and the staff were informative, as well as knowledgeable. Found everyone very genuine. Will most definitely be returning for more! Well prepared with advice and suggestions. Able to deal with both fresh new dermal piercings as well as dealing with scar tissue and old piercings. Highly recommend
