“The first time I ordered from here I never recieved my spacers so they had to be re-shipped. When I received them I was happy the issue was resolved and I was happy with my products. Recently I just ordered nipple bars and they also were never delivered. So like last time, I emailed them asking for my product to be resent or for me to be refunded. This time, instead of having my issues resolved, I was told that it was out of the norm for it to happen to someone twice as they never have any issues with delivery with any other customers. And that was it. No help. Just suspicion. Somehow I doubt I am the only customer who has ever had any delivery issues..and I should not have to deal with pushback for not having received my order. And I still haven't received my nipple bars and they still have my money.”
“Ordered 18g & the sizing is off, sent them pics to show them the ones they sent vs 18g that I already have and a pic of a 20g to compare/show the differences.
They basically said to bad, they will give 20% off if I want to order a 20g, but I want a correctly sized 18g not a 20g.
Also the invoice came from them , yet ghe packaging was from Pierced Creations, a lower priced Etsy seller.”

“The customer service is non-existent. It claims to ship within 24 hours, I ordered back in Nov 29, 2021, it's now Dec 8th. I can understand that Canada post is slow, fine whatever, but I've emailed them half a dozen times asking them about what's been going with my order and if it's even shipped and I haven't received any replies since I first reached out to them.
I can't even comment on the quality of the goods I ordered because I haven't gotten it. I might change my review later but as of right now I feel like I'm getting scammed and will likely just file a dispute with my CC if I don't hear back soon.”
“So I ordered enough jewelry to qualify for free expedited shipping 2-5 business days. I promptly received an email confirmation and was informed another email with shipping information was to received. Ordered on Sept 15, 2021 and checked everyday- no shipping confirmation. Then by today, Sept 23, 2021- still NOTHING. I emailed in demanding my order be cancelled. I was then emailed with some shipping link showing that it was shipped on the 16th and it was still in transit at end of day 23rd. I was told no cancellation was to be offered as it was already shipped and to check my junk folder. Guess what, nothing in the junk folder. Junk service more like it. Save your money and your time and shop elsewhere I’d give no stars if that was an option.”
“The staff at Pierced Universe are very inconsistent. I lost a portion of my threadless nose stud and they offered me $10 off at first. I found the part that I was missing, so I didn’t order another nose stud.
The next time, I lost another part of my nose stud, I asked about if I could order parts. The person then offered me only $5 off of a $20 nose stud. How does that make any sense?
Seriously, this company is absolutely ridiculous.”
“I would love to give zero stars if it was possible. I ordered my piercings on June 2, 2020, and knew that there may be a delay on their 24hr shipping as covid May be the culprit. On July 6, 2020 I had yet to receive my order. I did however email them and they said they would ship it out the same day. It is July 20, 2020 and I have still not received my orders. Needless to say I am quite disappointed, and will be giving them until the end of the week. If not I will be asking for my money back. As it may only be only 40.00 I did pay for a quick shipping when I could’ve bought groceries for myself”
“Took a month to try and get first order ..even when second one came ...they kept telling me to wait even tho I'm literally a 2hr drive from them it doesnt take a month to get a irder ..she saud sge would resend as priority mail but then just refunded the money instead when I've been waiting a month to gauge up my ears now I have to find another place....Dont waste your time”
