Beautiful looking jewellery, but awful service and promotions not processed as advertised.
I purchased 8 pieces on a buy 1 get 2nd 50% off sale (as 4x2), but was discounted only on the 2 lease expensive items (which were significantly less and the same)... when contacted Customer Service, was told that is how the sale works and refused any correction, though costs not as advertised; cost worked out to over $80 CAD for 8 nose rings... and 2 arrived missing a gem.
