I have placed several orders with Pierced universe in the past year or so and give them a solid 10/10!
The items are always exactly as described and of good quality in my opinion. On the one occasion where there was a hiccup with the shipper, pieced universe’s customer service was outstanding in resolving the issue. Love these guys !
