I had placed an order and realized afterwards that I had forgotten something so placed a second order and contacted Pierced Universe to ask if they would combine the shipping. They did, first thing next day, terrific customer service. The titanium cartilage hoops are awesome, exactly as described. Ordered Sunday, arrived Friday, well within the stated shipping time. I will absolutely be ordering from Pierced Universe again!
