I received my order very fast. I am a septum piercing newby and my inexperience caused me to lose one of piercing balls almost immediately:( I reached out to via email to Pierced Universe and explained my situation and not expecting to much- they responded immediately back with a $10 coupon for a replacement order! I was very happy and their customer service is top notch. Definitely placing more orders in the future!
