Customer service is everything and they were wonderful to work with! I ordered my daughter some earrings and the post were a bit too long so I contacted them to ask if I could shorten them. The responded very quickly that they would send me new posts! Very happy with Pierced Universe! I’ll be buying all her earrings from them!
