The flowers I ordered were not delivered and no attempt was made by the company to send tracking for the delivery. There is no customer service to enable you to communicate with them and you just get frustrating automated replies. There has been no confirmation that I will get any refund. It is by far the worst company I have ever had dealings with. Looking at some Trustpilot reviews it looks like a completely different company people are talking about.
