I received an orchid bowl as a Xmas present 2days before Christmas which was of a very poor quality. I contacted customer service but they were not taking any calls over the 4day Xmas holiday so when I managed to speak to them was told they have a 3day complaints policy and I was outside that time.
The company guarantees 100% customer satisfaction but after numerous emails to Lewis.h requesting a replacement plant they refused to replace the plant.
I would not recommend PRESTIGE FLOWERS do not buy anything from them the only thing worse than the orchid that I received is the CUSTOMER SERVICE of this company.
