My 12 red roses arrived on Tuesday 12/11/24 for our Anniversary in a large box. Sadly, they did not look fresh and were already wilting! They did not arrive in water, but were wet with a cotton material bound to the bottom of the stems. And secured by waterproof tape. Date today Friday 15/11/24
I followed the care instructions supplied. But they were already dying!
I did try to include a photo' but could not.
Very disappointing.
