Very disappointed, ordered hyacinths in tub for my mothers Mother’s Day gift . They arrived on time but very disappointed, no where near in bloom , the box of chocolates consisted of 4 chocolates. This worse part, they had included a black card , had not put my message on the card which caused my mum a lot of distress. She suffers from dementia and the blank card caused her and her carers in the home a lot of stress. The cost of this stress and upset was £38.00 !!!
