I ordered a large bouquet of flowers for mother's day (cost: £40.62 after discount coupon).
Flower delivery: on-time
Flower quality: Appalling. Drooping heads, dead leaves, brown petals.
Bouquet size: I ordered large but it was way smaller than their medium
Customer service is the same as their flowers....appalling.
