Shocking company! Flowers orders for Monday never arrived!! Used the online chat to more or less be told will take 14 days to investigate!!!
Told “it’s ok there in a box with water” yeah but I paid for fresh flowers to be delivered on a certain date... If you couldn’t do the order you should have said and given me the opportunity to go elsewhere.... the non delivery was bad enough but the aftercare is SHOCKING.... would never recommend this company and wherever I get the chance I will leave a review to warn others..
