Dreadful service from you
Flowers and chocolates ordered for 70th birthday in plenty of time to arrive in Germany on 31st July
Even sent a reminder email on 29th where I was assured they would be arriving on time
They arrived on 1st August! Too late for her special day
I am disgusted with your service and will never use you again
Appalling and not even a reply to my email sent on 31st July when it was looking like they would not be there on time
