I ordered Flowers and Chocolates on 6 August 9.40am to be delivered for my Sister’s birthday on 8 August. The package was dispatched to Royal Mail, Prestige Flowers chosen delivery service at 5pm on 6 August, was not received by Royal Mail National DC until 11.05pm on 7 August, was not received at Glasgow MC until 7pm on 9 August, despite me receiving an email from Royal Mail on 8 August advising delivery was expected that day. No delivery until 10.13 am on 10 August, two days too late for my Sister’s birthday. After seven emails a refund of the delivery charge was offered. Prestige Flowers used Royal Mail as their delivery service knowing this Order would not arrive on time. So disappointed I will never use this Company again.
