I recently got into red therapy after I found out about it’s various health benefits ( for me, the main concern was improving skin texture and elasticity) and after doing more research on Platinum and their competitor , Joox, I decided to go with Platinum for its price point and light. I use it every day for 10-15 mins and have noticed significant different in terms of skin feeling softer and suppler. I think it also comes down to diet and water hydration but the combination of red light and personal diet has really improved my life.
