My experience was incredible. I purchased the bio max 600. The quality is top notch, from the awesome touch controls to the power output. Even the overall construction of the light, just felt and operated fantastic. Unfortunately, I had to return do to a medical issue. During the short time I had with it my skin looked better, eyebrows were growing in and I had better energy. Dealing with platinum led as company was also great. They gave me no issues with a return. I received the light perfectly packed and earlier then expected. I will purchase from the again if my personal issue gets worked out .thank you.
