I had great customer service help on my purchase. Order my light and stand, light was delivered, but no stand , as it was back ordered. Was impressed with the size compared to the picture on line, set it on a table , then a chair to , work on my new hip. After 5 days of this , I thought a larger stand would be better for us. I called customer service again, got a call back from a very helpful young man. I explained wanting the larger stand. He informed me that would be no problem, he then sent a link to order the new stand. Then another link to refund the original stand . From phone call to completely done , 5 minutes!!!
Now the doctor and rehab people can’t believe how well I’m progressing with my new hip. 68 years old and 325# everyone is surprised. So is it the light?? I’m convinced it is .
