I have had this a few weeks now. I use it religiously. I think it is working but I don't want to be too optimistic just yet. My other half says the pain in his hip is getting better. I see hair regrowth and a difference in my skin. I am now up to 25 minutes a day. The unit is solid. I also bought the horizontal stand, I'll write another review on that. One thing I would change, is I wish it was easier to get a hold of customer service in real-time, not just by email.
