they sometimes get late answering tickets but the good thing is they will always arrive to a conclusion of mutual benefit if possible. my seller was problematic constantly asking to delay the delivery making me think the order is bogus but staff came through and made the delivery and refund 50/50. good and caring system. just expect to wait few days and you should be good.
