“I was recently banned from PlayerUp for no apparent reason. Someone created a Telegram account using my name, Zenagency, with the same profile picture and channel URL to scam others. Despite reporting this issue multiple times to PlayerUp's support team, they have not taken any action and continue to ignore my messages.
Three days ago, I contacted PlayerUp via Telegram, and the representative promised to resolve the issue within 24 hours. However, 72 hours later, I have received no response, and my issue remains unaddressed. I have also noticed numerous other negative reviews about PlayerUp's lack of support and poor service.
My account was banned for being associated with a "previously banned user" who was a Lime seller. However, I am not aware of any such user or connection. I reached out to the middleman, expressing my willingness to resolve the issue and cooperate, but for the past 15 days, I have received no response on the PlayerUp site. Now, even on Telegram, he continues to ignore my messages. I don't understand why this issue is not being addressed.”

REPORTED ISSUES
This user has never done business with PlayerUp Middleman Services. They have no actual order number or pending transaction. The user sole purpose of this review is to blackmail us so they can have their PlayerUp Account unbanned. As for us and the alleged comments this scammer posted, the issues above are of other peoples past reviews which looking at a couple of them I can see those are already resolved. The scammer handpicked specific ones and only screenshot the initial complaint leaving out that the issue was already resolved.

HOW DOES THIS SCAMMER COMMIT HIS SCAMS
1. This scammer registers to websites, tries to upgrade his account to look "reputable".
2. This scammer lists fake "great bargain" items for sale on these websites.
2. This scammer then baits & lures buyers offsite onto messengers such as Telegram and Discord.
4. This scammer will then ask users to pay through payment methods which can't be disputed such as cryptocurrency.
5. The buyer will then send payment to the scammer over messenger.
6. The scammer will then begin the process of covering up their tracks. This process starts by blocking the buyer through these messengers and deleting all chats.
7. Buyers then submit disputes on PlayerUp (Example: https :// www.playerup.com/threads/125k-subscribers-active-monetized-youtube-channel-with-silver-play-button-●-250-usd-spark-viral.6214009/)
8. Buyers will also leave the scammer negative reviews on PlayerUp (Example: https://www.playerup.com/trade/feedback/does-not-deliver.427647/view and https://www.playerup.com/trade/feedback/refused-to-deliver.427392/view)
9. The scammer will then attempt to cover up and dispute this feedback claiming they have never done business with this person and the review is fake (Example: https://www.playerup.com/threads/receive-a-fake-feedback-again-user.6222498/, https://www.playerup.com/threads/receive-a-fake-feedback.6220310/ and https://www.playerup.com/threads/fake-feedback.6191153/)
10. Scammer will then blackmail the website into pushing the removal of the feedback/disputes as seen here on sitejabber.
11. Most buyers don't reply back so the scammer gets away with scamming and has their feedback removed. Occasionally buyers will reply and provide evidence so we can properly close their account.
12. Scam cycle repeats as once the user is banned, they will attempt to register again and repeat the same process.
