“I have been frequently using PlayerUp to buy premium accounts for over a year as an undoubtedly satisfied buyer. The website though initially started as a secure place to trade gaming accounts, at present they hold one of the most diverse product catalog in their website. From social-media accounts, gaming accounts, streaming accounts, e-commerce accounts, you name it and they have a category for it. In the past, I wanted to purchase a few accounts which were not available in their website and I suggested them to add it to their trading section, and THEY DID! They have a section for suggestions, where their team constantly heeds recommendations from their own users and then they implement it on their own website. I mean who does that? That is something that all other marketplaces should follow, as it helps the website to be more dynamic and user-friendly. The reason PlayerUp is always my first choice to purchase any account is their security. PlayerUp is one of the most secure Player2Player marketplace, where every transaction is handled through a 3-way escrow channel. Every trade between the Buyer and the Seller is supervised by a Middleman from the beginning to the end. This escrow transactions provides 100% security and helps in totally eliminating the chances of an online fraud. “I bought an account yesterday and since then the money has left my bank account but as of yet I’ve not even received a email to confirm my purchase, I have no transaction ID either so I’m sat here just twiddling my thumbs $300 down and no account. I’ve messaged middleman in multiple different ways even in the urgent messages link they have left on other posts and got nothing back but an automated message,the only person that I can communicate with was the seller and they even think it’s odd. If I can get this sorted ASAP then that would be great I didn’t want to put this review up but I haven’t been left with much of an option. 100% resolved”

“I sold my item 22 december 2023 Via their middleman service Since then Playerup has still not paid me , First they claimed paypall was not working So when i gave my secondary payment method they told me it would get sorted within the next payout shedule ! We are now 22 April thats 4 months and still nothing. Im still in good contact with the buyer We tried cancelling the order to get it sorted without middleman but then they come with promises again and again and after that they ignore you all together again We (me and the buyer) have filled in multiple reports to get this sorted but its again radio silence for over a month Transaction ID: 9036134903 Very dissapointed in myself for getting tricked in a scam”

“Encouraged by great reviews, I decided to use the PlayerUp services. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a scam. I used their MIDDLEMAN service for the transaction, and the money was reportedly sent to him. I initiated the payment on January 19, and as of April 13 I have not received the money. The website states that it could take up to 144 hours (6 days), but it's almost 3 months now. I tried writing to the Middleman, but after very long time he replied. Unfortunately they were just ignoring me. After over two months they said they have problems with PayPal and I should use different cashout methods. Almost two weeks ago I gave them the alternate method and still didn't receive the money. Avoid this site by any cost. It's just a scam”
