This review is for Playerup.com, and its overall service.
I am a seller of an account. Buyer and I completed all the required activities in November. Middleman (specifically, Middleman978) has held that money since that time and not paid me (Seller). The medium for sending/receiving the money is Paypal, which is working, from which I have sent Middleman an invoice.
There is no telephone support or e-mail available. Queries /trouble tickets are submitted by their online portal, which is why I selected "not applicable", below.
Middleman responds every week or two with either an excuse or a request for info that they don't need to execute this last transaction.
Support from PlayerUp and Middleman Support has been poor. I mostly get automated responses, and occasionally the Middleman for this transaction responds with another string-along reply that accomplishes nothing. [My note about the responses taking over a week refers to the Middleman. The queries to PlayerUp result in an automated response that occurs instantaneously, which is zero help.]
PlayerUp may think this is Middleman problem, separate from them, but the reality is that Middleman is a part of their system.
I will update/edit/remove this review upon receiving the funds that are due.
Lastly, I will note that previous negative reviews of PlayerUp.com have been met with responses such as "transaction is complete", etc. Until I update or remove this post, any statement from PlayerUp.com that this has been resolved, that the money has been sent, etc., should be presumed to be FALSE. If they do so, assume they are LYING to cover up the negligence of one of their Middlemen.
Ultimately, I do not wish to leave negative reviews and spend my time doing this. I just want the money that is rightfully mine. However, if PlayerUp thinks that they can simply ignore their way out of the money they owe, they are mistaken.
