Good service but reply times can be a little long
I bought a psn account + insurance using the middleman service which was then recovered by the seller using playstation recovery systems. Originally I was going to write a critical review as some of the wait times were a bit long but in the end they did end up refunding it even though it was not at all their fault what happened. Will be using again.
