Paid for item, but didn't receive it. PlayerUp responded quickly!
Yesterday I paid for an item listed on the site via PayPal. Then I completed the transaction form, verified my identity and also contacted the seller. We are both waiting for the transaction to close, but have heard nothing, but auto responses from PlayerUp. There is no contact information on the website to receive help. I have opened 3 support tickets and no response. After paying over $500 any real response by a human acknowledging receipt of the money or the next steps is not unreasonable.
UPDATE - PlayerUp responded immediately to me and explained that PayPal posted my payment as Pending and that is why the transaction wasn't processed. They were very helpful in resolving my issue!
