I had attempted a purchase. However, both buyer and seller parties decided to cancel the transaction due to Middleman lack of response. However, as I am the buyer I had submitted the Amazon gift card for purchase. Middleman/PlayerUp sent me an automated response indicating that my refund will be processed, but it never actually got processed. In addition I opened multiple support tickets linking to the threads, but all I ever get is an automated response deferring me in an endless loop. There is no phone number listed and my support ticket for this matter never gets a response from a real person. I've done other transactions were fine, it's just this particular one which is totally ignored. UPDATE - A player up representative called me right away after this review. They were unsure what happened on their backend services, but at least they resolved my issue and refund is being credited back to me. I appreciate the help.
