Been trying to cash out for 3 weeks (UPDATE: They fixed it) UPDATE: A mod reached me out as soon as possible and swiftly came to the rescue! Been trying to cash out for 3 weeks I requested a cash out Mach 30 through their automated service but nothing for 11 days and I have been trying to reach to them through their website but to no avail. So I opened up a ticket on their support page, and their customer service responded saying "I was going to send you instructions on what you did wrong but I just messaged middleman instead and asked them to manually fix this for you. Your cashouts were not going through for a specific reason but they'll fix fix this for you." I've been trying to reach the same customer service person who responded, especially since he's actively helping out other customers, but to no avail. It has already been 10 days since customer service responded and there is still no progress in regards to cashing out my $230 and I'm very concerned and stressed out if I'm ever getting back my money at all.
