Bought an account via playerup. Usually I go through another site, but they didn’t have an account I was looking for. Saw an account clicked buy now on the thread and paid for the account. However the account and the buy now icon are still listed in the accounts section, which worries me. I contacted the seller, who hasn’t been on since Tuesday, live chat has been “down” since I purchased, opened up a ticket got an automated response, and as of 1pm today still nothin’. Maybe I’ve been spoiled by another site with an extremely fast turnaround time and customer support..But the fact that the account is still listed worries me, and I feel that I should have gotten more than just an automated response by now. Edit: got in contact with support, should be good to go now. Thanks!
