I signed up for PlayerUp to buy something, and my username is "Showing". The deal did not go through, and instead of being refunded in BTC (my original payment method), I was refunded in "on-site credits." I made a request to immediately withdraw this $1350 on 4/4/21 and I was told it would be done within 2-3 days. They still kept ignoring me, even after I left a review and messaged them on telegram. This company is refusing to let me have control of my own funds. This is extremely deceptive/manipulative and I will take further action if it is not recovered. I have been ignored for over 2 years at this point, and I have been ignored on Telegram. Please refund my $1350.
