I was supposed to be paid about 2 weeks ago. The guy got my account and I "recieved" the money into my virtual wallet where I had to cash it out. After filing for a cash out, I have been waiting for two weeks. Everytime i ask for support i get some excuse and get told to wait. Eventually, a week ago i stopped getting replies.
Update: I was contacted immediately after opening a super urgent ticket in which a senior agent kindly helped out. That said, the other agents should have at least come back to me or stated the problem that they didn't support Canadian Gift Cards.
Update 2: The senior agent who contacted was very nice and infact waived my fees giving me compensation for the overdue payment. This was just a miscommunication and a error out of thousands of cases. I reccomend this site, try it out, but don't be shy to ask questions.
