edit: issue solved thanks playerup and middleman service. edit: middleman service replied back and confirmed it was the seller fault and they was trying to solve my issue, thanks for middleman service, without it id lost all what i payed. bought an account 20 days ago through middleman service and paid the warranty amount. lost access to the fortnite account, send a super urgent ticket in 26-09-2018, 10 days ago and nothing new regarding my ticket.
