Completed trade last month they said money was deposited to me two weeks ago but I never received my payment. ****Edit: After posting this review, support helped me out a lot quicker. And they told me that the problem was the payment option I chose (Venmo). I will now be doing a bank transfer that they've sent me screenshots of the bank transfer. Will update again to see how long the bank transfer takes to get to my account.***** I go by Dude**** on PlayerUp and completed a middle man trade with the 3-way ticket conversation as a seller. I got a message two weeks ago that my payment was successfully deposited through Venmo. I have yet to receive anything on my Venmo. I opened a MM support ticket early this morning so lets see how long they will take to get back to me. Will edit this review if my issue is resolved.
