It's a great GREAT site, and you have oh so many options but I'm having problems with my first purchase. I feel like I'm going in a circle with the help I'm getting, and just not getting it solved. The purchasing needs to be clearer. I paid and I'm still waiting for the item I had bought while my money is who knows where. My order isn't active, with no Order ID, but I can't start up the order without an Order ID???????
