At first I had rather negative experience due to transferring money to a seller and waiting for a few days without response. Three days in, have not received any response, contacted MiddleMan, support of PlayerUp and they were more than helpful with providing options on how to proceed with irresponsible, unresponsive sellers. Overall, very safe platform, protects buyers from potential scammers and enables users to buy accounts or other digital goods without fear of being scammed. My advise would be to follow automated process and not worry (As I was doing initially), since even if it takes longer or any problems arises, it will get resolved.
