Unique platform. Quick to help out, use common sense on this platform. It is still a platform which brings 2 parties together in an safe buffer. They are not responsible for the endproduct. They do have several failsafe features which kick in and they are strict as possible to make sure the spammers and scammers don't get through that easily, the flagging system works awesome which helps out new members see what the feedback history is of a seller etc. My experience is more based as a buyer, haven't sold anything on it.
